You will receive a voucher pack under plain wrapping containing the following:

An individually produced and personalised voucher.

A special open presentation envelope for the voucher.

Each voucher is individually produced and coded. We provide all the relevant information, including a brief description of the activity, the agenda, what to wear and location details. We also advise you of any restrictions. Most importantly we give you details how to redeem your gift voucher for the experience of a lifetime. All vouchers have a years validity form the date of issue.

Chill – Well, after all that excitement, who wouldn’t want to chill out! All the ultimate experiences in pampering and more placid pastimes for those that have had their fill of excitement this millennium.

Gadgets - Here they are, the latest and greatest that technology has to offer!!

Delivery for all Buyagift products is FREE !!

Orders for experience vouchers placed before 4pm are despatched the same day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post.

Orders for all other products must be received by 12pm for delivery by courier the following working day.

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and despatched the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post.

Orders placed after 4pm Friday, or placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post.

For an additional £4.50 we offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. If we receive your order prior to 4pm on a Monday to Thursday your gift will be delivered before 12pm the next day. Perfect for those last minute presents.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift certificate is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.

Returns

If you or your recipient are unhappy with the purchased gift certificate contact Buyagift Limited immediately on 07002 892 443 or email returns@buyagift.co.uk. We will assist you in any way possible to remedy the problem. Refunds and returns outside the below terms and conditions are entirely at the discretion of the management.

The following terms and conditions must be taken into consideration:

Vouchers can be refunded or exchanged subject to written confirmation by email or letter within seven days of receipt of the gift voucher.

If the substituted experience costs more than the original gift voucher you must pay the difference. If the exchanged gift voucher is lower in price we will send you a cheque for the difference.

Exchanged vouchers then become non refundable. We cannot dispatch exchanged vouchers until full payment has been received.

Exchanges will be available up to thirty days from voucher issue date and are subject to a discretionary 20% or £20 administrative charge. We are not liable for the cost of your postage or additional insurance premiums or lost insurance premiums.

Refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be paid by company cheque.
