Shipping Information
Please note that all orders are subject to order processing approval prior to shipment. Be sure that your payment information is correct and your contact information is current so that we are able to reach promptly to resolve any order processing issues.

No deliveries will be left without a signature. Deliveries can only be made to street addresses. We are unable to deliver packages to Post Office Boxes or APO/Military Addresses at this time.

Inquiries received outside of these hours will be responded to as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, by Standard service. Delivery is offered to Germany, France, The Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Italy, Ireland, The United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Portugal.
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery of in stock items to most locations is usually within 2 weeks. In some cases delivery may take additional time.
Please allow additional delivery time for the following countries Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Ireland. No deliveries will be left without a signature.
