CD Jungle - TERMS OF USE
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Cdjungle.com website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. However, once an order is placed, that price will apply even if the rates change before delivery.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Cdjungle.com is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Cdjungle.com is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

CD Jungle - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We want you to be entirely satisfied with both your purchase and the service you receive from CDJungle.com. You may cancel your order (or any items within your order) at any time up to 7 days after you have received the goods, as long as the goods are unopened, unused and are still in their original packing. You do not have to give a reason for canceling your order during this period. You will be responsible for the cost of packaging and returning your order. You will receive a full refund of your order, less a nominal postage and handling charge of £2.00 per item within 30 days of advising us of your intent to exercise your right to cancel your order. This is the maximum period allowed by law. The actual period between cancellation and refund is likely to be significantly shorter.

Please note - Items which are being returned for a full refund under your right to cancel your order should be unopened, in their original packing and should not have been used.

LOST GOODS
We send all our goods out clearly labeled, and packaged securely. Loss or damage in transit is extremely rare. Due to the occasional delays associated with International shipping, we will not regard a package as lost until it is at least 4 weeks overdue. You will receive an email from us as soon as your item(s) have been shipped. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods 4 weeks after receipt of that email, first check with your local post office that they are not holding any goods for delivery to you. After you have verified this with your local post office, email us with the order details and we will make arrangements to send a replacement item.

Please note - We will take any action only after you have first checked with your post office. Where goods are lost in transit, we will send replacement goods. Only in the event that the replacement goods are not available with us will we make a refund.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged or faulty product, we will refund the original product price and delivery, if any, via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

MAKING A RETURN
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance Cdjungle.com. If you want to cancel your order or refund or exchange because an item is faulty or damaged, please send an email to returns@Cdjungle.com with the Order number, the title and the reason for the return.

We will then get back to you via email with the details of the address for making the return.
