These Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us:

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed your payment details and otherwise validated your order, details, that is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

We do not accept credit card orders from Indonesia, Pakistan, Croatia, Bosnia, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Russia, Israel, Yugoslavia, Romania or Bulgaria.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately.

Price and payment:

Prices are checked regularly. However if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability.

We reserve the right to charge for postage and packaging for deliveries. These will be charged at our standard rates from time to time.

VAT, if applicable, will be charged on all prices (including carriage).

Delivery:

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but all delivery dates given are estimates only. We may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.

Damaged or defective goods:

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

Other information you need to be aware of:

A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for audio and video recordings and software products that have been unsealed by you) and receive a refund. Please note your right to cancel does not apply to audio or video recordings that have been unsealed by you.

You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you.

We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods.
