The majority of the products we display have a list of their main features, due to the nature of the products it is not possible to list their complete specification, errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Full product specification is usually available from the relevant manufacturers web site or brochure. Images where shown are representations of the products offered and are largely sourced from the manufacturer. Colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.
Prices
All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right, in the event of a pricing error, to make adjustments to the product price whether or not an order confirmation has been issued. We will always offer you the option of a complete refund or alternative product if available.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Switch
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
As all of our orders come direct from the manufacturer and orders have to be placed with them, your order will only be placed once we have received payment (usually 24 hours for credit/debit cards).

Order are only accepted via the Internet a telephone number is provided for enquiries and customer support only. This helps us to keep costs to a minimum and therefore maintain the cheapest possible prices for you.

Documentation
All customers placing an order will be provided with order confirmations and invoices electronically. This allows us to keep our product prices as low as possible. Please contact us if you suspect your documentation to be incorrect and we will rectify it.
Availability
All products supplied by Tribal UK Ltd are delivered direct from the manufacturer. In the unlikely event of an item you have ordered not being in stock, we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

All products are delivered free of charge within Mainland UK*.
