Your use of this website and purchase of our products on it means that you agree to the following terms and conditions. • When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. • When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email. • Lookfantastic.com reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. • All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. • We endeavour to ensure that all prices on this site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. • Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling - outside the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK Pounds Sterling and Lookfantastic.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. • Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information. Lookfantastic.com - Payment & Availability Payment • You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card. We regret that we cannot accept Visa Electron Cards on site. • If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card. Credit Cards • Orders may be processed online using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo). • If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card. • To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to ensure that these details cannot be intercepted by a third party. • Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine. • All Orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. Availability • We endeavour to keep this website as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refunded for it. • All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability. Lookfantastic.com - Delivery Delivery • Lookfantastic.com delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK. • For more information about our deliver charges please click here. • Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility when they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Lookfantastic.com is not responsible for them. • Orders are dispatched either via Royal Mail (1st Class), Recorded Delivery or via courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 8am - 6pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel during these hours. • We regret that we can only track orders sent via Courier. Those sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Recorded Delivery cannot be tracked until delivery. • We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Lookfantastic.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. • Please Order from this website with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Lookfantastic.com cannot be responsible for this. • This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.
