	By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and The London Cushion Company will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How cancel an order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons: • The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock. • We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. • A pricing or product description error has been identified. • You have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions. After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order that we have received. If there are any problems with your order, we contact you by email. Our Guarantee If, for any reason, you’re not totally happy with any item from The London Cushion Company, please notify us within 7 days and return the item to us within 28 days, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of your purchase in full or we can replace the item with another of equal value; it’s your choice. How to cancel an order If you need to cancel your order with us, for any reason, please contact us and we will discuss your individual situation. Our aim is always to ensure our customers' satisfaction, and we will do everything we can to be of help and understand your individual circumstances. In some circumstances - for example where customised items have been ordered, it may not be possible to cancel your order. In addition, please review our Terms and Conditions which do not affect the validity of your statutory rights.
