Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from CX LONDON. However, if you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, then we will refund or exchange the item as long as you return it to us in its original condition and documentation within 14 days of receiving the order.
If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Please ensure that you enclose a note giving your reason for return, name, address, telephone number, invoice number, and details of replacement if required.
The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us. You will also be responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We recommend getting a certificate of postage when returning items and this costs nothing from the Post Office. All returns should be sent to:
