Where to use Cuprinol Garden Furniture Teak Oil is ideal for use on hardwood garden furniture such as tables and chairs. Preparing the surface New wood: Remove any dirt and grease from the surface. Weathered wood: Bring back the natural colour of the wood. Sand wood to a smooth finish, remove dust and then treat as new wood. How to apply New wood: Apply 1-2 light coats with a rag, allowing the first coat to penetrate before applying a second coat if necessary. Weathered wood: Apply one coat of Cuprinol Garden Furniture Teak Oil liberally with a brush, wipe off surplus after 15 minutes and apply a second light coat with a rag.
