Returns Policy
Wotnix strives to maintain an excellence in customer satisfaction, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will either send out a replacement (depending on availability) or refund you in full. The buyer shall be instructed on how to return the item (which must be in the same condition you received it in) without paying postage.
If a buyer has made a purchase in error and wants to return a book, Wotnix will not pay for postage costs that the buyer incurs to return the item and any postage cost that was paid originally shall be EXCLUDED from the amount that is refunded.
