Damaged goods
artrepublic.com will replace all damaged goods. In the event of customer receiving damaged goods, we will email details about the refund or replacement procedure. Customers must email the site within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged goods to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Other returns
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, artrepublic.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. You have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed within thirty days.

You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% resaleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund. Contracts can be concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and artrepublic.com's acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it).
