Orders are usually processed to arrive with you within 7 working days (not including weekends) of us receiving your order however please allow up to 14 days for delivery. On some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be despatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
If you pay by credit card, we only charge the card for the goods when they are despatched; except for direct dispatch items which are charged at time of order. The delivery service normally requires a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of a neighbours address or a secure place where the order can be left.
