Returns Policy Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. Icons and Idols must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days.we will require the product back and a (RA) will be issued. No goods will be accepted back without a RA. Email Customer services.
Missing goods will be replaced after 15 working days for the UK and 30 Days rest of world.All claims will be logged with royal mail we make claims on your behalf in good will and by contract you void us for any false claims which arise due to goods being returned because of address errors.
We will refund the full price for loss (insured orders) ,
