Glencrest CC Recliner Cushion
The CC range has been made using 100% Polyester covers providing excellent fade and rot resistance. Zipped for easy washing at 40C with smart piped edges. All cushions conform to British Standard Fire and Safety Regulations and are filled and finished in our Wickford factory ensuring high standards. 100% Polyester piped and zipped removable cover 490 x 1160 x 60mm What's it made of? Glencrest Seatex Polyester cushions and parasols are made from Weather-TEX fabrics, which are based on high quality P.E.T (polyethylene terephthalate) fibre. The dying and finishing treatment uses solely CIBA dyestuffs and chemicals. All fabrics are dyed and finished according to Eco standards. Where can it be used? The Weather-TEX fabric is made especially for outdoor use. It is easy to clean and provides a high level of comfort, it doesn't get wet but rather conveys humidity without absorbing it. How does it feel? Very soft and smooth to the touch. Is it washable? Yes. Weather-TEX fabric is fully washable and won't shrink. How should I store my cushions? Cushions should be completely dry before storing them away. We suggest you retain the zipped bags supplied with your cushion. All of Glencrest covers and fillings conform to BS5852. Every cushion is batch numbered and a record maintained by the manufacturer or importer of the production date. All of the fabrics and fillings used have a fire certificate after testing and every batch of fabric is individually tested and a 'Pass Certificate' received and filed for future reference and inspection by Trading Standards if required . Glencrest cushion fillings are tested on a regular basis by the UK Manufacturers and all test results are kept. As any cushions may be stored or used inside or outside the house they all come under the same fire & safety standard criteria, therefore Glencrest Garden Furniture cushions come under this law even though they are intended for outdoor use. BS5852 became law in 1988 following the realisation that deadly fumes from burning or smouldering polyurethane foam fillings can cause death.
