If you are dissatisfied with a non prescription item. You can cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving the item.

1. Please log in to your account and click on the link 'Request a Return'. We will process your request asap and get back to you as soon as possible. Once you have received approval, please go to step 2.

2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box.

Anything you return should be either unopened, or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.

3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. On top of this, we make a 10% charge of your order as a restocking fee.
