Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your product. You may return any item (excluding earrings or sets containing earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty) for a full refund, except postage and packaging (which will only be refunded for the return of faulty goods). All returned items must be in original condition along with packaging and sent back to us within 7 days from the date you received them. A full refund for the price of the item will then be given.
Please ensure that you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for returned item and retain the counterfoil, AS WE CANNOT REFUND GOODS NOT RECEIVED AT OUR PREMISES. Refunds will not be made until we have received the goods from you. Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. (We recommend you use the recorded delivery service)
