Returns Policy
If you have made a mistake on the order it is advisable to phone us immediately so it can be rectified before goods are shipped.
Refunds will be given on the price of the product less any delivery charge (except where defects have been found or if the item has been damaged in transit).
Items found to have defects/damages upon delivery must be reported within 7 working days. A refund or replacement will be offered.
