JML Iron Gym

Returns Policy
If for some reason you wish to cancel your contract or return a product to us, please follow the returns procedure detailed below ensuring that all details are provided as requested if you have any questions please call our customer service team on 0871 221 2677.
If you are returning the product because there is a fault with it or the order is incorrect, we will ask you to return the product to us via the post office and in that case we will meet the cost of postage as long as a receipt is provided. Please use the returns address provided below.

For all other returns, you must return the product to us at your cost. For all returns, please use the original shipping box and packaging materials ensuring that your package is wrapped securely. You must take reasonable care of products that you receive where you either cancel the contract or return the products for a refund. You cannot cancel a contract for the purchase of products which by their nature cannot easily be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
