No Quibble Returns Policy ....

We believe that if you are not satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, you should be able to return it and obtain a refund of the purchase price. So that is exactly what we offer.
Simply contact us for a returns number and return the item to us within 7 days of purchase. Both the goods and packaging must be in resaleable condition.

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, we will offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund your return postage costs if we are at fault.

If you have received a faulty item, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement and we will also refund your return postage costs.

Returns:

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your product(s). However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item which is unsuitable. Under our no quibble returns policy you can cancel your order and return the relevant item to us within 14 days of the purchase date provided the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and is suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us and we accordingly suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Under these circumstances, refunds will generally be made within a week of the returned item being received by us.

In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 2 months from the purchase date - some items also include a manufacturer-s warranty for a longer period than this. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from negligent or improper use. Goods found to be faulty will be replaced, subject to stock availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to replace a faulty item we will issue a full refund.
