Satisfaction Guarantee
Snazal ® strive to maintain an excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. With that goal in mind, Snazal ® guarantees the condition of every book as it is described on our web site. However if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Issue
1. Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to Snazal ® within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.
2. Book Did Not Arrive
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book does not arrive between the estimated delivery date + 15 days and the estimated delivery date + 30 days. (For example if your estimated delivery date was November 1st, you would be eligible for a refund if the book still had not arrived by November 16th. You could initiate the return until December 1st.)
3. Changed Your Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a book that you’ve ordered, please contact Snazal® to request a return. If Snazal ® accepts your request; you will be refunded the price of the book (not including original or return shipping charges).
4. Status of Refund
Where a refund is necessary, Snazal ® will request and process the refund on your behalf through paypal.co.uk. You will be emailed and told when this process has been completed. You may review the status of your refund anytime by going to Your Account via Pay pal.
