You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering. If you decide to exercise this right, you must first contact us. If the goods have been despatched you must arrange and meet the cost of return, all goods returned must be complete in the original packing and in their original unused despatched condition to obtain a full refund. If a refund is made, it will minus original postage cost & credit card fees. Please note certain items such as personnel items etc., may not be returned.

If the item is returned for whatever reason, the item must be well packaged and sent complete in original packing. The item must be sent adequately insured; the cost of return must be met by you. Once a refund is given, the title of the goods will become RB Discount Electricals.
On accepting delivery, if packaging appears damaged it must be declared as such to the courier in writing. After inspection, if the item appears to have been damaged notification of damage must be received by us within 2 days of delivery. Upon which we shall offer advice regarding a refund, replacement, repair, compensation or claim.

Goods may only be returned, if we have approved the return. Any goods returned that are not found to be defective and are in working order, they will be returned to you and administration fee of 20% of the price of goods, along with all costs of postage incurred by us will be charged to recover our losses.
