All deliveries must be checked at time of receipt; claims can only be accepted for damages and shortages if they are recorded on the delivery note and reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. We undertake to accept all cancellations of orders that arrive before despatch of the goods and in the event of dissatisfaction with the goods delivered. We will either refund your money or replace the item, provided that the cause of the complaint is genuine. Your statuary rights are not affected in any way. Please note, damaged or incorrect goods must be retained for our collection or inspection.
