Returns Policy We carefully select our products and hope you will be happy with your purchase, however there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.
Our return's policy is simple and the "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you can return it direct to us.
Christmas Returns Policy
During December we appreciate most orders will be for Christmas presents and therefore our normal 30 Days returns policy has been extended. Any orders placed from the 20th of November can still be returned in January, until the 15th, and as long as the item(s) are in an original condition then a refund can be given.
Unwanted Items
If within 30 days of ordering you are unhappy with your item/s you may return them to us; all goods returned must be unused and in perfect condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc) for us to be able to refund any payment.
All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone (on 0870 428 0958) or email (returns@hometemptations.com) to inform us of your wish to return the goods, and we will allocate you a Returns Code, which you must include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible. You must also include your original order number, with your name and address and a note explaining your reasons for the return.
Faulty Item/s
If you return an item to us which is faulty, please contact us by telephone (on 0870 428 0958) or email (at returns@hometemptations.com) to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We will also reimburse you the cost of the return postage. Please do not send the item back to us before contacting us first, we must be notified so we can advise you on the best action to take.
When you contact us we will issue you a Returns Code which you must include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class, (Recorded).
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

What If I Can't Return An Item?
If for any reason you cannot or are finding it difficult to return an item, for example the item is heavy and bulky, then it is possible for us to arrange a collection from yourself for delivery direct to us. The collection would be made using ParcelForce and can be arranged to take place any weekday afternoon. This service costs £10 which we charge by refunding you for the value of the item(s) with £10 deducted. Please call us (0870 428 0958) if you want to use this service.
Please Note That
You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure despatch method, which requires a signature upon delivery, such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

You can notify us by email to sales@hometemptations.com before we have dispatched the goods to you.
Or, Where goods have been dispatched to you, by returning goods in accordance with the returns policy listed above.
