Returns Policy
If you wish to return any goods for any reason, you have a "no quibble" right to cancel your order, up until 8 days after you receive your goods. You only need to pay the return postage costs. We will refund your money immediately upon receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are packaged sensibly and shipped securely to avoid any damages.
If the item is found to be faulty, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item with full details of the fault. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging. If the item is found to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be offered. Any postage costs will also be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
