Return it to us UNUSED within 14 days of purchase and we will give you the option of a full refund or replacement. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the manufacturers' tags are still attached. You will need to cover your own costs for returning the item and it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot held be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
And REMEMBER! WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN WORN OR USED. IN PARTICULAR THIS MEANS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED TENTS THAT HAVE BEEN PITCHED, EVEN INDOORS, AS THIS RENDERS THEM SECOND-HAND AND UNSELLABLE.

Faulty Items: Don't worry, if on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an email as soon as possible to info@wildday.com We will either refund the goods, replace or repair them or issue a credit note at our discretion.

Returns Procedure: If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you. In order to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can process your package on its return.

1) Either email or phone us and explain the situation.
2) Package the item appropriately and write your order number on the outside.
3) Enclose a note brief note explaining the situation and what action you would like us to take. Remember to write your order number on the note so that we can identify your goods.

If you follow these simple 3 steps we will be able to process your return quickly and efficiently.

Remember, we post out and receive thousands of packages a week in our warehouse. Therefore it is impossible for us to process anonymous packages turning up in our warehouse with no returns number written on the packaging and no explanatory note enclosed.
