We, Pet Club UK, are working closely with a number of suppliers to bring you a wider range of products and services.
All orders are processed through our web site and computer system and directed to the appropriate third parties who, in turn will dispatch the item's requested. In many cases, where multiple items have been ordered, there may be more than one package sent and different delivery dates. Each supplier we work with uses courier and postal services of their own choice.
Delivery of all parcels is usually within 1-7 days unless in exceptional circumstances. All items we feel may take longer will be clearly marked. As products are being held and despatched by third parties, we take no responsibility of delay in delivery time, however we will do our best to ensure all orders are processed as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Delivery charges depend entirely upon the product ranges chosen and from which third party they are sent from. All prices will be calculated automatically in the shopping basket. No extra costs will be added as the customer proceeds though the checkout.
All items can be sent anywhere on Mainland UK unless otherwise specified. Please, only UK customers place orders. In certain cases where customers from abroad may inadvertently place an order, we may either refund the order in full, or request extra delivery charges to be paid.
Live & Frozen Foods
All live and frozen food is sent by a next day courier service, which will generally arrive before 12.00 noon. A signature may be needed for such orders. If the customer fails to sign for delivery, a second attempt will be made the same day, after which time the order will be sent back to our supplier. The customer must then pay the shipping costs again to have the foods re-delivered.
If these items are ordered late on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will not be sent until Monday when postage can be guaranteed for next day service. Please make sure you are at the address supplied to sign for the delivery. Parcels will not be left outside, and must be signed for.
Recurring Transactions
At PetClub UK Ltd. we are proud to provide a recurring transaction facility to make life easier for our customers. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that orders are processed on the chosen day by yourself, and are not delivered on that day. Orders are generally delivered within 1 - 7 days or the order being processed.
Stock Replacement Products
With this facility, our customers are able to choose particular products which we feel make great alternatives in the event of that product being out of stock. If a customer chooses a replacement product and that product is sent, we accept no liability for sending the wrong products. We will however happily take the product back, providing it is sealed and in perfect condition within 14 days of the product being delivered.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If your purchase does not meet your expectations or for whatever reason you change your mind, you may send the product back, un-opened and in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date (the date the customer receives the product).
For faulty or damaged products, please contact our customer service department. We will be happy to send a replacement item or refund as soon as we receive the faulty product. In this case, all delivery costs will be covered by us.
For any products received which you are not satisfied with through fault of us, we will either replace or refund the item and cover all delivery costs, including cost of delivery for the faulty item to be returned to us. We regret to inform that all products which are 'as stated' on our web site and in perfect condition, and send back through choice of the customer, delivery costs will not be covered by us. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact our customer service department.
For all returns, please contact us and state clearly your order reference number and reason for wanting to return. We will then advise you from there.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed DVD, Video, Audio, Multimedia or Software products have been unsealed. Please ensure that goods are returned in their original condition accompanied by explanation note with your full contact details on. We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivery by us in error).
