GemShine offers UK customers the possibility to cancel their order 30-days from the day their order is shipped. If you wish to cancel your purchase, simply send us an email or contact us on^+44(0)7092 083 897.
Once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after it is returned to GemShine, and our expert analysis of your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed due to the constant updating of the inventory or due to system errors. Due to market fluctuations, our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewellery certified experts on 07092083897.
Purchases must be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Insurance of Shipments
We fully insure each order. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all diamond orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
Alternate Shipping Address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
Diamond Certificates
When you order a diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (diamond certificate). These certificates are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at a highly-respected diamond laboratory — making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.
The GemShine Policy about Conflict Diamonds: Our ethical commitment
In GemShine we are very aware of our obligations towards the environment and of our ethical and moral responsibility in the production and distribution of jewellery. We therefore buy all our diamonds exclusively from bourses who trade under the Kimberley Process umbrella.
Thanks to the speed of global communications, consumers are aware of potential problems to the integrity of diamonds. If we add to this the existence of new technologies that permit the modification or alteration the gems, the result is that consumers need to be sure about the fact that the diamonds they are buying are natural -as opposed to synthetic - and that they have not been manipulated in any way.
It is also vital that our customers can be absolutely sure of, among other things, that the diamonds they buy:
- - Do not come from areas in which they could support conflicts
- - Are not related whatsoever with child labour
- - Are not connected to harmful or dangerous practices, which could affect the health or well-being of people.
