Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY:
A full refund, exchange or credit, excluding postage and packaging charges, as well as credit card charges paid to third parties, will be given for items returned in their original packaging, unused and in pristine, resalable condition, within five working days for UK addresses and within 14 days for other countries.
Please contact us by email (or in writing) should you have reason to return any item and obtain from us in advance a Returns Authorisation Number to quote when sending us back the relevant item. Failure to comply with this procedure could render your Return invalid. Because of the quality of the items and craftsmanship in their making, experience to date is that Returns are very rare.
This Returns Policy does not apply to bespoke items, unless there is reasonable cause.
