If for any reason you would like to return an item within 7 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
. Telephone customer services on 01282 418029 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
. In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us
. In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
1. Ultra Truflow cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Ultra Truflow, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
3. In some cases where we need you to return the goods directly to one of our suppliers we may be charged a handling fee which we will pass on to you. Typical charges are 15% to 20%.
