Returns Policy
Under the new distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any products bought from Advanced MP3 Players within 7 working days after receipt of goods and receive a full refund or a different product. This law assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition. If you wish to return a product, please fill out a Support Request Form on the Contact page of the Advanced MP3 players website. To clarify this policy, we understand that you will have to take your purchase out of its packaging to test it/try it out. However, all returns must be in perfect condition with all packaging included. If a product is faulty outwith this period, a replacement, an exchange or a refund is applicable during the product's warranty period (usually 1 year).
