Pros: The wii fit is a good fit for anyone interested in bettering their physical health.
Cons: The games are limited. I wish they would make an expansion pack.

    "Wii" were a little offended...

Pros: Gets you off the couch and moving.  Helps set realistic weight loss and fitness goals.
Cons: Expensive.  Can get boring after several months of continuous use.
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a fun, easy way to start incorporating exercise in to your life...the Wii Fit is a great place to start.
