Most orders placed before 4.00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers Initial City Link. Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 2-3 days of your order being placed. Please allow a couple of extra delivery days for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. Please note: A separate P&P charge will apply to each pre-ordered item. Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.

Orders sent via our Express Delivery Service (placed before 3.00pm on weekdays for products marked "in stock") should arrive the next working day by courier, subject to mandatory security checks. If delivery is not attempted by our couriers the following working day please contact us for a refund of the balance between our Standard and Express Delivery charges.Please note that this service is only available to orders delivered to mainland UK addresses and is unfortunately not available to customers with the following postcode prefixes: JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS. Orders placed after 4.00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
